Started functioning in 1980, KITSW is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and recognized by UGC under section 2(F) and 12 (B) of UGC act 1956. The UGC has granted autonomous status in 2014 under Kakatiya University, Warangal w.e.f June 2014 for a period of 06 years.
