2001	First time Accreditation of B.Tech. Programmes - Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering by National Board of Accreditaion(NBA).
2002	Introduction of B.Tech. Programme in Production Engineering & M.Tech. Programme in Civil Engineering.
2003	All India 1st Rank in GATE-2003 to a student or EIE. First time Accreditation of B.Tech. Programmes - EIE and CSE by National Board of Accreditaion(NBA).
2004	Introduction of M.Tech. Programme in Design Engineering, Digital Communication & Software Engineering.
2006	Introduction of Master of Business Administration Programme and M.Tech Programme in Computer Science & Engg. With a specialization in VLSI & Embedded Systems. Second time Accreditation of B.Tech. Programmes - Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering by National Board of Accreditaion(NBA).
2007	Silver Jubilee Celebrations and sanction of Exgratia to all Employees.
2008	Second time Accreditation of B.Tech. Programmes - CSE, EIE and ECE by National Board of Accreditaion(NBA). Inauguration of 'Sahasra' the Women Cell.
2009	All India 1st Rank to a student of Mechanical Engineering. Inauguration of SAE INDIA Collegiate Club. The College is Rated as 4 star Engineering College in Andhra Pradesh by Sakshi Daily News Paper.
2010	Ranked 16th among top 100 Colleges and 7th among Private Self Financed Engineering Colleges in A.P.

Signed an MoU with Siemens Industry Software (India) Pvt. Ltd., (In Process) Signed an MoU with ECI Construction & Engineering Industry (In Process) Dr. K. Ashoka Reddy and Sri. M.Raghu Ram of EIE department got sanctioned an amount of Rs. 9.9 lakhs under Research Promotion Scheme by AICTE. Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) got sanctioned an amount of Rs. 5.0 lakhs by AICTE. Prof. P.Venu Gopal Rao, Professor, Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engineering got sanctioned Rs. 4.0 lakhs for Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Micro Grid and Distributed Generation" by AICTE. Department of Civil Engineering got sanctioned Rs. 10.0 lakhs under MODROBS scheme by AICTE. Applied for Autonomous status under Kakatiya University. National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) identified our institute as a member of the committee for pilot implementation of two programs such as "Engineering Proficiency Program (EPP) and Foundation skills in IT (FSIT)". Prof. K.Ashoka Reddy, Principal of the Institute is Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project. Prof. K.Guru Raj, Professor, Dept. of ME, Prof. P.Niranjan, Professor, Dept. of CSE, Smt. Prof., Dept. of EIE are the members on the said project to identify the gaps between the existing curricula and industry needs
