Worked as a Project Assistant for two and half years (31-03-1995 to 30-09-1997) in an MHRD sponsored interdisciplinary project (Project No.F19-4/93-TD-VI) entitled Studies of Water Pollution and Solid Waste Management under the overall supervision of Prof. S. Raghavachari, NIT Warangal.

a) As a part of my doctoral programme, drinking water samples collected from different areas around kazipet and Warangal have been analysed for fluoride content. Also undertaken the work of solid waste management pertaining to Warangal and Hyderabad Municipal Corporations. The fuel pellets from the waste (organic matter) have been prepared and their calorific value determined. The residue obtained after burning fuel pellets is further found to have good adsorbent properties.

Based on the analysis results, the public of the areas covered, have been educated over the consequences of environmental pollution.
On teaching side also, I have been putting in sincere and committed efforts in training the student community in class rooms as well as in the laboratories.
