    ABOUT CONFERENCE

The First International Conference being organized by Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous), Warangal, Telangana, India on 25th -26th September, 2020. This Conference hosted by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The objective of this Springer 4thInternational Conference on Data Engineering and Communication Technology (ICDECT-2020) is to present a unified platform for advanced and multi-disciplinary research towards design of smart computing, information systems, smart electronic systems using Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The theme focuses on various innovation paradigms in system knowledge, intelligence and sustainability that may be applied to provide realistic solution to variegated problems in society, environment and industries. The scope is also extended towards deployment of emerging computational and knowledge transfer approaches, optimizing solutions in a variety of disciplines of Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

The conference mainly focuses to offer a real opportunity to bring together scientists, academicians, scholars, industry experts of different disciplines, to discuss new issues, to tackle complex problems and to find advanced solutions breeding new trends in Computational Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation. Conference will also provide a platform for research community and industry to share the recent developments, and to discuss about the discoveries in computational intelligence and informatics. It features advanced, multidisciplinary research towards the design of smart computing, information systems, and electronic systems. It also focuses on various innovation paradigms in system knowledge.

The response from the academic and research community has been enthusiastic with over 289 papers received of which only 69 papers have been selected for publishing in the conference proceedings. Each paper has been carefully reviewed by at least two eminent reviewers to ensure quality research. These papers have contributed towards new technologies and applications that will be of great importance to future research.

All selected papers will be published in book series of Springer Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communication Technologies, Series Edition (LNDECT ISSN: 2367-4512). The aim of the book series will have a prominent applied focus on data technologies and communications with aim to promote the bridging from fundamental research on data science and networking that lead to industry products, business knowledge and standardization. It will publish latest advances on the engineering task of building and deploying distributed, scalable and reliable data infrastructure and communication systems.
