Central Library, KITSW organized “Librarian’s Day celebration” on the occasion of 131st Birthday of Padhmasree Dr. S.R.Ranganathan, 12th August 2023 at Central library. The Programme started with the offering of floral tributes to the portrait Dr. S.R.Ranganathan by the chief guest of the programme of Prof. V. Rajagopal, Dean Academic affairs and assisted by Dr. K.Indrasena Reddy, Librarian. |

NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK CELABRATIONS (14-20 th November 2023) |

In connection with 56th National Library week the institute celebrated NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK ON 14 November 2023. The programme is inaugurated by Prof. M. Komal Reddy, Registrar, KITSW. All the Head of Departments, faculty and students were participated in the programme. In this connection, Central library has conducted book exhibition on 16th November 2023. The Chief guest Dr. M. Anjaiah, Adjunct Faculty, Department of library science, Kakatiya University, Warangal has inaugurated the program. In the book exhibition nearly 1000 latest titles were displayed. The chief guest presented certificate of best reader award to students and faculty as well.
